Will I be charged sales tax? If your order is shipping to California, we collect sales tax on behalf of the State of California. The tax amount is 8.25% of the total order, less the shipping charges. This sales tax applies only to orders shipping to California.
May I order by Phone? If you would like to place your order over the phone, please call toll-free 866.ART.CITY (866.278.2489) between 9am and 6pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, and a customer service representative will be glad to assist you.
May I order by Mail? To order by mail, browse our store and add the items to your cart. During checkout, select "Mail Order" as your payment method and enter either "money order" or "personal check" in the field provided. Complete your order online, and mail your payment and a copy of your order to arrive no later than 10 business days after you place your order.

Payment must be received within 10 business days of placing your order. Money orders are processed 1 to 2 business days after receipt; personal checks require 7 to 10 business days of processing time after receipt. Your order is not shipped until payment has been received and cleared.
Any mail orders submitted without product names and part numbers will delay the processing of your order. Orders placed through our store include this necessary information.
May I submit a Purchase Order? Yes, we accept purchase orders. Browse our store and add the items to your cart. During checkout, select "Purchase Order" as your payment method and enter your organization's name and PO number in the field provided. Complete your order online, then fax a copy of your purchase order to 310.943.1806. Purchase orders are not processed until after the fax is received.
Customers without an established net account must fax your credit references to 310.943.1806 to establish an account before your first order is processed. Purchase orders under $50.00 incur a $5.00 processing fee.

Do you sell wholesale? Please contact infodesk@artcitycorp.com to inquire about wholesale orders. When e-mailing us please include the item numbers of the products that you are interested in and the quantity that you would like to order. Wholesale orders do not qualify for our free shipping offer. Wholesale discounts will only be extended to customers intending to resell what they are purchasing. Wholesale customers will be required to complete a Resell Certificate. Discounts will vary depending on the quantity and dollar value of the order.
Do you accept international orders? We do not routinely process international shipments. Please send your order inquiry to infodesk@artcitycorp.com. The minimum order is $500.00 for international shipments.
