Items can be returned within a 30-day period for credit, minus shipping and handling charges equal to the shipping charges of the order (even if the order was shipped "free"). All returns are subject to a restocking fee of no less than 15% depending on the condition of the item upon return. All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Do not throw away any of the packaging and hold on to the items until further instructions from ArtCity.com.

This return policy is not valid in cases of product abuse or destruction on the part of the consumer. No refunds will be given for merchandise damaged due to poor packaging by customer. Items that are used or assembled by the customer are not returnable.

If you receive an item that has been damaged you must e-mail orderdesk@artcitycorp.com immediately; you must include your order number, full name, and the ship-to zip code in the e-mail for us to assist you. Do not throw away any of the packaging and hold on to the damaged items until further instructions from ArtCity.com.

If you wish to return a purchase, please e-mail our Returns Department at returnsdesk@artcitycorp.com for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Please allow up to 14 days processing time for credit adjustments for returns. You MUST include a copy of your return authorization e-mail with any returned merchandise.
